Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions which I haven’t answered here.

How do we enquire or book?

Please use the contact form or email, call or text me to check my availability for your wedding day. To secure me as your wedding photographer, I will simply need you to complete an online Wedding Booking Form and pay a non-refundable 25% deposit. The remaining balance will be due two months before your wedding date.

Do you travel?

Yes! I love travelling and will be happy to travel throughout the UK or overseas. Please contact me for a customised quote. Unlike some photographers, I don’t charge extra for travel throughout mainland Scotland (including Skye).

What photography packages do you offer?

My main photography packages are listed here. I’m flexible and am happy to discuss your requirements with you before providing a customised quote.

Do you do formal and group shots?

Yes. Each wedding will involve a mixture of posed and candid shots. I recommend you provide a list of up to 10 group shots and allocate around 20 minutes to capture these after the ceremony. I then like to spend some time alone with the happy couple (perhaps 30 minutes to an hour depending on locations), before allowing you to get on with the rest of the day. I’m also happy to capture formal portraits of guests, i.e. couples and families; this process could run in tandem with your drinks reception.

How long will you be present at the wedding?

This will depend on which photography package you choose and your requirements for the day. For a full day’s coverage, I will typically arrive in the morning to capture the preparations and will finish after the first few dances of the evening reception. I will take a break whilst you and your guests are enjoying your meal, and politely request that a vegetarian ‘main’ course and soft drinks be provided in a separate room to the wedding guests. I’m happy to offer a discount if you do not require coverage of the dancing, providing the speeches take place before the meal is served.

Do you shoot alone?

Yes. I’m comfortable working alone but can call on a second shooter for an additional fee, if required.

What happens after the wedding?

I will individually edit all of the images to a high standard. These will be presented in an online password-protected gallery and on a USB drive. The photographs will be ready within four weeks of your wedding. Sometimes it will be quicker but it will depend on my workload. I will aim to provide a small number of images shortly after the wedding for sharing on social media etc., and I will also create a slideshow set to music once the processing of the photographs is complete.

Do you supply wedding albums?

Yes. I supply luxury matted albums created by Jorgensen UK and beautifully finished using the highest quality materials. The images are presented in mounts (similar to framed photographs) and offer an alternative to printed books. The albums have oatmeal linen covers with gold foil embossing. These are top quality albums – future family heirlooms – for you and your loved ones to treasure for years to come.

The cost of the wedding album(s) is included in my gold and platinum photography packages. You are welcome to upgrade your package after the wedding, request additional albums, or request a bespoke package where you select which albums you require.
