Getting married in Inverness and your venue doesn’t have extensive grounds? You might be scratching your heads about where would be best for your couple shots. I can highly recommend a trip to Ness Islands for your wedding photography!
Your photographs will be unique
I’ve taken many couples to Ness Islands over the years and it’s been a success every time. There’s a superb choice of locations within the islands, so your photographs will be unique (and not just a repeat of the last wedding I captured!).
Getting there
If you’re getting married at the registry office (the Archive Centre), then it’s just a short walk over to Ness Islands. If you’re tying the knot somewhere else in town, then you’re very welcome to jump in the back of my car and I’ll give you a lift. You can rest assured that I’ll have cleaned my car beforehand so you won’t be sharing the back seat with my welly boots!
The Scottish weather!
Ness Islands is a great option for your wedding photography even if the weather isn’t ideal. If needed, you can borrow my big, white, sturdy brolly (a flowery option is also available!) and I’ll pick out some more sheltered spots for your photographs.
Comfy footwear!
The one thing you need to remember to bring is comfortable footwear! I wouldn’t want you to miss out on the beautiful photo opportunities that these islands have to offer simply because you can’t walk very far in your high heels! Treat yourself to an extra pair of flat shoes or even trainers! I’ll grab them off you in the morning when you’re getting ready and pop them in my car for safe keeping.
